Oakland PD Charges West Milford Driver With Having Heroin, Crack

Oakland police arrested a West Milford woman who they said had heroin and crack in her car when they stopped it.

Christine Opperman, 37, was charged with three counts of drug possession and one of having drug paraphernalia after Friday's stop on Skyline Drive by Officer Charles Kelly.

She remained held Tuesday in the Bergen County Jail.
